Accessibility statement
We sell accessibility. It would be indefensible not to publish our own statement, so here it is — written to the same standard we would expect from you.
Conformance status
www.conformancehub.eu is designed to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA, the level referenced by EN 301 549 v3.2.1. We test this site with the same scanner we sell, on every release, and additionally by keyboard and screen reader.
We claim substantial conformance rather than full conformance, because full conformance is a claim that should be made only after independent third-party assessment. We say this plainly because a vendor who overstates their own status has told you exactly how much to trust their reports.
What we have done deliberately
- A skip link as the first focusable element on every page
- A visible, high-contrast focus indicator that we have not styled away
- Semantic landmarks and a single, correct heading hierarchy per page
- All functionality operable by keyboard alone — including the scan form and the progress page
- The scan progress page announces status changes to assistive technology via a live region
- Text contrast at or above 4.5:1; interface components at or above 3:1
- Motion respects
prefers-reduced-motion - No accessibility overlay, because overlays do not work
- Form errors are announced, associated with their field, and explain how to recover
- No cookie banner, because we set no cookies that require consent
Known limitations
- PDF reports are generated from HTML and are tagged imperfectly. If you need a report in an accessible alternative format, ask us and we will send the HTML version, which is fully accessible. This is on our roadmap, not shelved.
- Stripe's hosted checkout is a third-party page we do not control. Stripe publishes its own accessibility documentation. If you cannot complete a purchase, email us and we will invoice you directly.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier on this site, email connect@conformancehub.eu. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and to tell you when it will be fixed — not merely that it has been noted. If we cannot fix it quickly, we will offer you the information or service another way.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared by self-assessment, combining automated testing with manual keyboard and screen reader review. It is reviewed whenever the site changes materially.
